This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

To use, register or become a member of Girls Go Out you must be eighteen years of age or over, female and must not have a conviction for any offence, or be subject to any court order relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment. By using the site, you confirm, warrant and certify that you have the right and authority to accept these terms of use and agree to abide by them. Any breach of this clause is a serious breach of these terms of use.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse (or renew) membership. You shall not become a member of Girls Go Out until you receive email confirmation from us.

Scope of the Service

You may browse the site at no cost to yourself and be able to take part in some of the features the site offers. However, to gain full access to all the features you must be a registered paying member of the service.

The service shall be used for the purpose of meeting friends online by allowing you to make contact with other paying members. However, Girls Go Out is not liable should these contacts not lead to any communications or friendships with other members.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Girls Go Out members. Girls Go Out reserve the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.

membership plans and renewed membership plans

The membership fees are shown within the site and form part of these terms of use. Girls Go Out reserve the right to change the membership fees at any time. However, before doing so, reasonable notice will be given.

Your membership to Girls Go Out will be under a certain plan that runs over a specified period of time ("Membership Plan") and you must pay for that plan in advance of its usage. Members can track the progress and expiration date of their Membership Plan by going to the Your Account option on the site. Girls Go Out automatically renew all membership plans that are not cancelled by members at least 2 days prior to their expiration date ("Renewed Membership Plan"). A Renewed Membership Plan will run for the same period of time as that of the expiring Membership Plan and the member will be charged at the prevailing fee rate for the plan. By accepting these terms of use you acknowledge and authorise Girls Go Out to renew membership plans, levy such charges and accept responsibility for them if cancellation notice is not received by Girls Go Out at least 2 days prior to expiration of the plan.

You may cancel your Membership Plan at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your written or email notice of cancellation. You may do this via the Your Account option on the site. If notice is received at least 2 days prior to the plan expiring, your plan will not be automatically renewed upon its expiry. If notice is received within 2 days of your plan expiring you may be charged a renewal fee which Girls Go Out may refund at its discretion less a reasonable service charge and any actual costs or losses we have incurred.

If you cancel your membership mid-plan it will remain active until the end of the Membership Plan period.

If any charges are wrongly levied by Girls Go Out (by way of example, if your Membership Plan is automatically renewed and you are charged for the renewed plan despite having provided at least 2 days notice of cancellation to Girls Go Out), you must notify Girls Go Out in writing as soon as possible. Girls Go Out will then investigate and refund any incorrect charges within 30 days of receiving notice, unless there has been any usage of the service.

Payment and contact details of members must be kept up to date and accurate. You must promptly notify Girls Go Out of any changes to your payment and/or contact details by changing the details using the Your Account option within the site.

Suspension and Termination of Service

These terms of use will be the sole agreement between any member and Girls Go Out for the term of any services provided as defined and in the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended). You may cancel the service within a seven working day cooling-off period. However, if you choose to become a member and begin to use the relevant service your right to cancel the service is thereby waived and your right to a refund will not apply.

We reserve the right to terminate these terms of use at any time by giving you reasonable advanced notice. We will send you notice of termination to your registration email address or to one you have subsequently provided. Any outstanding Membership Plan fee paid by you will be refunded to you less a reasonable service charge and any actual costs and losses we have incurred.

If you have breached any of these terms of use, which breach we will determine at our discretion, Girls Go Out reserve the right to cancel your Membership Plan with immediate effect and take such action as deemed appropriate. Girls Go Out will send you notice of cancellation within 30 days to your registration email address or to one you have subsequently provided.

Failure to comply with our user obligations constitutes a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
  • Issue of a warning to you.
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  • Further legal action against you.
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of our user obligations. The responses described in this clause are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Reimbursement of any membership plan fee paid is also reserved in the light of any breach of our terms of use.
